Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily returns of Customer PCs.
• Diagnose Desktop and Laptop computers back to OEM specifications.
• Monitor daily reports ensuring inventory is updated.
• Oversee and process daily deliveries and shipments using shipping software and inventory-based programs.
• Receive and scan new inventory; inspect and store according to policy.
• Prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
• Schedule transfer of materials between departments.
• Conduct inventory counts, reconcile differences.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Enforce operating instructions and safety policies.
• Resolve routine equipment issues.
• Back up for Deliveries when necessary.

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Warehouse / Computer Diagnostic Lead to oversee daily returns operations while ensuring accurate processing and technical evaluation of customer devices. This role blends warehouse leadership with computer diagnostics, requiring a proactive professional who can manage inventory flow, restore desktops and laptops to OEM standards, and maintain precise reporting. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of driving efficiency, ensuring quality control, and collaborating across teams to support continuous improvement.

This is an on-site position at our Linthicum, MD depot. The work hours are Mon-Frid, 8a -5p Eastern time.
