A leading company in Clearwater is seeking a Logistics Coordinator responsible for updating data systems and assisting in warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will have a college degree in a relevant field, experience in logistics, and strong problem-solving skills. Join a diverse team focused on efficiency and accuracy in warehouse operations.
To be responsible for updating data systems assigned by Senior Logistics.
Assist in daily warehouse and shipping activities including: filling and shipping customer orders, satisfying internal shipping requirements (technical service, vendors, etc.), ensuring shipment accuracy and supporting documentation, receiving incoming materials and routing them appropriately, filling work orders from production, packaging assemblies, and receiving into finished goods, ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged, and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
Meet warehouse financial standards by providing annual budget information, monitoring expenditures, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions.
Deliver supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items through the SAP system.
Maintain inventory through monthly physical counts, data input, and issuing.
Produce regular reports and statistics (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc.).
Implement cost reduction principles in all warehouse transactions and activities.
Willing to participate in job rotation and business travel as required by the Logistics Manager and Country General Manager.
Graduated from college in accounting, logistics, business administration, or a relevant field.
Proficient in written and verbal English.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good understanding of relevant laws and practical applications.
At least 3 years of work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in logistics.
Preferably experienced in warehouse management for IT products.
Hardworking with the ability to work long-term with the company.
High sense of responsibility.
Good problem-solving skills, especially when working with third parties and sales teams.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills.
Proactive and creative mindset.
Ability to handle sensitive situations quickly.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Excellent organization and planning skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.
