Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1+ year clerical or warehouse experience preferred.
• 1+ year forklift experience preferred.
• 1+ year Microsoft Office experience (Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Word) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service skills desirable.
• Ability to build professional relationships across teams and with customers.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible, multi-tasking, highly organized with good time management.
• Detail oriented with strong follow-up practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with clerks from other areas, customers, and suppliers as needed.
• Use the location's WMS system to update area metrics as needed.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports, memos, and summaries, including technical or confidential material.
• Perform floor work and other duties as assigned.
• Handle basic administrative tasks and maintain filing systems.
• Gather and share information with floor staff in your support area.
• Coordinate activities/meetings/communications for the area or shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned depending on area or location.
