Candidates should have forklift experience, SAP and Microsoft Office skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Some weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years forklift experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to learn SAP transactions for Shipping.
• Must be able to drive a forklift and obtain OSHA certification.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Customer-focused, courteous, and a good team player.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to discern color shades related to material movement.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Follow OSHA and safety policies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Loading and Unloading shipments.
• Performs a variety of administrative duties surrounding receipt and shipment of goods.
• Creates, compiles, and runs orders and reports using SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Enters shipment data via computer into carrier and customer portals.
• Scans and uploads shipping documents, maintains files and charts as required.
• Assists ISO procedural documentation and audits as required.
• Communicates with internal and external customers, suppliers, and freight providers.
• Assist in Inventory Record Accuracy and cycle counting.
• Occasionally work Saturdays and backups as Warehouse Coordinator.
• Place all inbound shipments in designated locations.
