Job summary

Bunzl Distribution NA is seeking a part-time Warehouse Clerk in the United States to support the warehouse department with daily administrative tasks. The role includes driver check-in, tracking late deliveries, and handling paperwork for inventory and receiving functions.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage high volumes of emails and calls with attention to detail. Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School/GED education required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to perform clerical and administrative duties with speed and accuracy under limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Driver check-in (inbound and outbound), assist with assigning work and set up.
• Monitor and track late delivery appointments.
• Assist with receiving transportation, inventory functions and paperwork.
• Scan paperwork and reconcile RVI reports to ensure documents are scanned.
• Interact with purchasing, customer service staff, and AP staff.
