Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year clerical or warehouse experience preferred.
• 1+ year experience operating forklift equipment preferred.
• 1+ year Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Word) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible and driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of multi-tasking, organized with good time management.
• Detail oriented with strong follow-up practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with clerks and suppliers as needed.
• Update area metrics using the location's WMS system.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports and summaries.
• Floor work and additional duties as assigned.
• Perform basic administrative tasks and maintain filing systems.
• Provide information to floor employees in their area of support.
• Coordinate meetings and communications for the area or shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
