Job summary

NCAB Group Inc. in Itasca, IL is hiring a Warehouse Clerk to join our Central USA warehouse team.

You will support daily shipping, receiving, inventory and logistics activities, collaborating with Logistics, Customer Service, IT, Quality, Finance, Sales, carriers, and other NCAB locations to keep operations moving. The ideal candidate has warehouse/shipping experience, strong attention to detail, and good problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Comfortable working with ERP systems, email, and business software.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Inventory management or ERP experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot shipping, receiving, inventory, ERP, and system issues.
• Support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics activities.
• Prepare domestic and international shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, labels, date codes, profiles, and shipping documents.
• Use UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, DHL.com, and other shipping platforms.
• Monitor shipments, investigate discrepancies, and follow up on delays.
• Communicate with multiple departments and locations to resolve problems.
• Assist with training, process improvements, and team backup.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.
