Job summary

Mountain State Beverage is hiring a Night Shift Clerk to perform warehouse administrative duties, batch processing, driver check-in, inventory control and slotting. The role supports night production schedules and requires accuracy in POS processing and load audits.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in warehouse/shipping operations, strong Excel and AS400 familiarity, and solid communication and organizational skills. Full-time with a 12-hour shift, Mon-Thu, Noon start.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse/shipping operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; AS400 experience helpful.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Professional demeanour and teamwork in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Will call and direct bill processing and POS orders.
• Receive, process and verify warehouse orders and deliveries.
• Process cycle counts and inventory control activities.
• Slot, batch, and organize items for night production.
• Inspect deliveries for accuracy against orders and invoices.
• Assist with load audits and restocking as needed.
