You will handle data entry, respond to inquiries, label and manifest shipments, and ensure accurate documentation. The role combines clerical tasks with hands-on loading, unloading, and forklift support to keep freight moving smoothly.

The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and reliable attendance in a team of 30+ in a safety-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Computer data entry experience.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Ability to safely lift and move freight throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently.
• Logistics or LTL freight experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload palletized freight using a sit-down forklift.
• Process inbound shipments by inspecting and labeling the cargo.
• Notate damage or discrepancies on paperwork and report to a supervisor.
• Organize and stage freight for outbound routes.
• Build and wrap pallets by hand when necessary.
• Update shipment details in our freight management system.
• Scan documents, print labels, answer phones and emails.
