Innowave Marketing Group in Worcester, MA is seeking a reliable Warehouse Clerk / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse, inventory, and freight operations. This hybrid role blends hands-on duties with administrative and inventory control tasks, ideal for someone who enjoys both physical work and coordination.

The successful candidate will have experience with shipping/receiving, freight coordination, and NetSuite ERP/WMS, with strong attention to detail and good communication to ensure

Qualifications

2+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory control experience.
Experience using NetSuite ERP/WMS or similar for inventory and warehouse transactions.
Strong understanding of freight operations, shipping documentation, and carrier coordination.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Process receiving and shipping transactions in NetSuite.
Generate shipping documents, packing slips, labels, and Bills of Lading (BOLs).
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
Schedule inbound and outbound freight shipments and coordinate with carriers.
