Job summary

ZEISS is seeking a Warehouse Clerk II to perform stock replenishment, order picking, packing, and shipping. This intermediate role operates under close supervision, ensuring accurate inventory, proper documentation, and adherence to SOPs.

Proficiency across picking, receiving, replenishment, and shipping is expected. Responsibilities include cycle counts, forklift and pallet jack use, and collaboration with Customer Service and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• 1 year warehouse experience.
• Preferred: 1–3 years warehouse experience.
• Strong initiative and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for prolonged periods, climb, reach, crouch, operate a forklift and pallet jack, and perform repetitive movements with upper and lower extremities.

Responsibilities

• Compile and fill customer orders.
• Receive and stock inventory.
• Participate in physical inventory counts to verify product levels.
• Cycle count and investigate inventory daily.
• Pick, pack, and ship products according to specifications.
• Perform SAP and other data entry functions.
• Maintain routine paperwork and documentation.
• Interface with other Warehouse Clerks and departmental staff to share and coordinate workload.
• Interact and share information with other departments, including Customer Service, Supply Chain Management.
