Job summary

ZEISS in the United States is hiring for a Warehouse Clerk II. You will support stocking, picking, packing and shipping activities while maintaining accurate records and inventory control.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work with SAP, and collaboration with Customer Service and Supply Chain teams. We offer a competitive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401k matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1 year warehouse experience or 1–3 years preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklift/pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Compile and fill customer orders.
• Receive and stock inventory.
• Participate in physical inventory counts to verify product levels.
• Cycle count and investigate inventory daily.
• Pick, pack, and ship products according to specifications.
• Perform SAP and other data entry functions.
• Maintain routine paperwork and documentation.
• Interface with other Warehouse Clerks and departmental staff to share workload.
• Interact with Customer Service and Supply Chain Management.
• Re-pack lenses.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following 6S guidelines.
• Support on-site lean initiatives and training.
• Perform other duties as directed.
