Job description

Shift Details
  • 1st Shift: 7:15 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Rate: $16.50/hour
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m. - 11:15 p.m., Rate: $16.50 + $1.00 shift differential
Responsibilities
  • Conduct cycle counts and quality inspections
  • Replenish inventory and coordinate consolidation for shipments
  • Fulfill customer orders, including pulling inventory and packaging
  • Report work orders using Smart Bin, AME/Frontier
  • Monitor inventory with Frontier programs
  • Cross-train within and outside the department
  • Track and log inventory, ensuring accuracy
  • Receive and unload trucks, verify and inspect incoming products
  • Pack and ship orders, inspect for damage or defects
  • Report damages and handle returns
  • Palletize orders and operate forklifts or machinery
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
  • Alert supervisors to shipping/receiving issues
  • Perform tasks assigned by supervisors, including overtime and special projects
  • Assist in production as needed
  • Follow safety protocols, report unsafe activities, and dispose of hazardous waste properly
  • Be punctual, dependable, and perform housekeeping duties
Minimum Requirements
  • Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
  • Identify and distinguish colors
  • Perform physical actions like bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and repetitive motions
  • Work around machinery and hazardous materials
  • Proficient in English, with good reading, spelling, and math skills
  • Use hand and power tools, take accurate measurements
  • Strong computer skills and ability to follow directions
  • 1-3 years of related experience and prior manufacturing experience preferred
  • High school diploma required; some college/trade school preferred
