Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Harrisonburg, VA. The role is 1st shift, Mon-Fri, starting at 6am and continuing until finish. You will support loading, unloading, picking, auditing and other warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Expect to lift 25-75 lbs and join a team that pays weekly. Training is provided, with benefits after 60 days, opportunities for growth and the chance to travel across sites while contributing to a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Must be a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift and carry 25-75 lbs; job is fast-paced and physical.
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
