Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Warehouse Clerk in Swedesboro to verify deliveries, store items correctly, and processing returns. You will coordinate driver routes, maintain accurate paperwork, and keep systems updated for timely dispatch. Strong English, GMP knowledge, and flexibility are essential.

The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work in cold conditions. Prior experience with JDE and TMS is a plus, with cross-training across multiple positions

Qualifications

• GED/High School Diploma preferred.
• Reading, Writing, Speaking English preferred.
• Excellent computer skills (Word/Excel).
• Knowledge of GMPs & Safety Guidelines.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a cold environment (limited exposure).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be cross trained & multitask in multiple positions.
• Maintain positive relationships with outside vendors.

Responsibilities

• Verify delivered items and trucks; ensure proper storage and processing of returns.
• Assign driver routes needing coverage and follow up for timely dispatch.
• Keep paperwork and systems up to date and accurate.
• Build loads in JDE/TMS for next shift loading; ensure proper shipping documentation.
• Check Bills of Lading against Pick Lists; confirm driver paperwork.
• Maintain dispatch board and tracking sheets; call drivers/carriers as needed.
• Schedule inbound loads and post inbound schedule for warehouse receivers.
