Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Clerk / Auditor in Minooka, Illinois. This role supports distribution across the US with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

You will use the location's processes to verify inventory, generate daily and weekly reports, coordinate with floor teams, and maintain accurate records. • HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year clerical or warehouse experience preferred.
• 1 year forklift experience preferred.
• 1 year MS Office experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates customer service skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities with clerks from other areas, the customer, or suppliers.
• Uses the WMS system to update area metrics as needed.
• Generates daily, weekly or monthly reports and summaries.
• Floor work and additional duties as assigned.
• Performs basic administrative tasks and maintains filing systems.
• Gathers information from floor employees for area support.
• Coordinates meetings/communication for the area or shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned depending on location.

Ryder is hiring a Warehouse Clerk / Auditor in Minooka, Illinois — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career you can feel good about.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $21.50 per hour

• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm & some Saturdays may be required

• During busy season, could work 4:00am - 4:00pm

Ryder Warehouse Associates work in clean, organized, and well-run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• One (1) year or more clerical or warehouse experience preferred

• One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred

• One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrates customer service skills.

• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
