Job Summary

This role assists in shipping and receiving functions while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse. There is potential to assist in parts counter sales after completing required training. Applicants must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Obtain work orders and plan daily activities.
• Assist warehouse staff with shipping and receiving trucks.
• Check in materials, match purchase orders, and ensure accuracy.
• Assist in unloading trucks, moving items using forklifts or trolleys, and proper storage.
• Maintain receiving logs with accurate information.
• Pull items from storage, verify accuracy, and ensure items are undamaged.
• Handle packing, labeling, and prepare items for delivery.
• Load packaged items onto trucks securely.
• Create reports on materials received and shipped.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Complete Parts Counter Sales training and serve in a utility role for parts sales as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2 years experience in parts or service environment preferred.
• Fluent in English, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
• Strong math skills for stock reconciliation and adjustments.
• Ability to multitask and make quick, accurate decisions.
