Job summary

Hoffer Plastics Corporation in the United States is hiring for a Warehouse Clerk on 1st shift. Starting pay is $23.50-$25.50 per hour and is based on experience, with full training provided. The role supports production by receiving, storing and distributing materials.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, perform accurate inventory counts, and maintain a clean, safe work area while adhering to company safety rules and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle basic math.
• Willingness to learn material handling equipment.
• Able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, record, store and distribute incoming materials.
• Identify storage locations and move materials to production areas.

• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.

Hoffer Plastics is hiring for "Warehouse Clerk", "1st shift".

Starting Pay $23.50 - $25.50 (based on experience)

Receives, stores, and supplies materials and components that are used in the production of plastic parts.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform duties involving the receiving, checking, recording, storing and distribution of incoming materials and supplies. • Identify and store materials in designated locations and areas. • Distribute materials to designated production staging areas and machines. • Use motor driven lift truck, pallet jacks and mold hoists. • Assist in taking physical inventory and monthly cycle counts. • Maintain work area in neat and orderly manner. • Observe safety rules and the wearing of prescribed protective clothing or equipment. • Conduct regular inventory/ cycle counts for responsible areas and as directed. • This job description does not contain every function/responsibility that may be required for the performance of this job. PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Incumbent will: • Walk, stand and/or sit entire duration of shift. • Occasionally bend, twist, kneel and climb. • Occasionally lift, push and pull up to 75lbs. • Regularly perform hand/ wrist/ finger movement and foot for pedal controls on forklift. • Occasionally perform keyboarding and squeezing movements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum educational requirements: High school graduate or G.E.D. preferred. • Must be able to maintain accurate records. • Must have good mathematical and basic computer skills. • Should be outgoing and customer focused. • Must have the ability to learn and use a variety of material handling equipment. • Must have the ability to work independently.
