Job summary

Depot Connect International is seeking a Warehouse Clerk with forklift and shipping/receiving experience in Illinois. You will move goods, process transactions, prepare shipping documentation, and help maintain stock for outbound shipments.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork, with responsibilities including inventory, loading/unloading, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure timely deliveries and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Lifts and moves heavy items/packages as required.
• Operates gas and electric forklift.
• Uses computer terminal to process transactions, receive and send emails, and research shipping and receiving errors.
• Prepares shipping, export, and other documentation as required.
• Maintains supplies and monitors warehouse stock to ensure availability.
• Performs parts inventory or special inventories on an as needed basis.
• Packages pallets of parts for outgoing shipments.
• Pulls, packs, and ships.
• Receives, quality controls, and warehouses incoming parts.
• Loads and unloads delivery trucks.
• Manages warehouse stock, parts locations, and maintains housekeeping standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
