Depot Connect International (DCI) is seeking a Warehouse Clerk with forklift and shipping & receiving experience to join our team. Located in New Salem, IL, the role focuses on moving goods, operating forklifts, and ensuring accurate documentation for shipments.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving or warehousing experience required.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Detail oriented, organized and punctual.
• Strong listening, reading and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lift and move heavy items and packages as required.
• Operate gas and electric forklift.
• Process transactions and research shipping errors using a computer terminal.
• Prepare shipping, export and other documentation as required.
• Maintain warehouse stock and housekeeping standards.
• Perform inventory counts as needed.
• Package pallets for outgoing shipments and load/unload trucks.
• Receive, inspect and warehouse incoming parts.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lifts and moves heavy itemspackages as required
• Operates gas and electric forklift
• Uses computer terminal to process transactions receive and send emails and research shipping and receiving errors
• Prepares shipping export and other documentation as required
• Maintains supplies and monitors warehouse stock to ensure availability
• Performs parts inventory or special inventories on an as needed basis
• Packages pallets of parts for outgoing shipments
• Pulls packs and ships
• Receives quality controls and warehouses incoming parts
• Loads and unloads delivery trucks
• Manages warehouse stock parts locations and maintains housekeeping standards
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• Some shipping receiving or warehousing experience required
