Job summary

SGW Synthetic Grass Warehouse is seeking a dependable Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse functions and deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers. The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and is based on-site in Sacramento/Rocklin, CA.

The ideal candidate is accountable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused, able to work independently or with the team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining safety. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401K.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Warehouse and outdoor environment.
• Regular standing, walking, lifting, and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
• Assist customers with order fulfillment and product pickup.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Accurately fill orders and cut materials in a timely manner.
• Load and unload freight containers and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate is accountable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.

This position reports to the Warehouse Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment
• Assist customers with order fulfillment and product pickup
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
• Accurately fill orders and cut materials in a timely manner
• Load and unload freight containers and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Prior forklift experience preferred but not required (training provided)
• High School Diploma or GED required
