Synthetic Grass Warehouse is seeking a dependable Warehouse Clerk/Driver to support our on-site Hayward, CA operations. The role combines light warehouse duties with customer service, order fulfillment, and safe material handling.

The ideal candidate will be English-proficient, bilingual English/Spanish a plus, and able to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment. A high school diploma or GED is required, with valid driver’s license when driving company vehicles.

Pay Range: $22.50 - $24.50 per hour

Position Overview

Synthetic Grass Warehouse is growing and seeking a dependable Warehouse Clerk/Driver to join our operations team. This role supports daily warehouse functions while delivering excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate is accountable, enthusiastic, and customer‑focused, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast‑paced warehouse environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.

This position reports to the Warehouse Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment
• Assist customers with order fulfillment and product pickup
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
• Accurately fill orders and cut materials in a timely manner
• Load and unload freight containers and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior forklift experience preferred but not required (training provided)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Bilingual English/Spanish or other languages a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Valid driver's license required (if driving company vehicles)
