Job summary

Bunzl Distribution NA is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support the warehouse with daily administrative tasks and data entry. The role focuses on processing billing, routing freight, and maintaining KPI tracking in Excel, with a Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm schedule.

Candidates should have 2+ years in a warehouse setting and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School/GED education required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• AS400/iSeries experience preferred, especially inventory/receiving functions.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to perform clerical and administrative duties with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process billing runs, labeling, and packing lists for cross docking if required.
• Route freight orders, prepare Bills of Lading, labeling for common carrier shipments.
• Sort freight bills, run driver manifests, and data entry of receiving worksheets and driver invoices.
• Driver check-in and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets for KPI tracking.
• Assign selection orders to warehouse associates and support other duties as assigned.

Job description

The Warehouse Clerk will assist and support the warehouse department with daily administrative activities related to branch operation. At Bunzl, we know that our employees are our number one asset. The shift is Monday to Friday | 8am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Process billing runs including labeling and including packing lists for cross docking if required
• Routing of freight orders, including Bills of Lading preparation and labeling for common carrier shipments
• Sort freight bills by category, run driver manifests, data entry of receiving worksheets and driver invoices
• Driver Check-in
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets, tracking different KPI's for warehouse and transportation
• Assign selection orders to warehouse associates
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• High School/GED education required
• Ability to perform clerical and administrative duties with speed and accuracy under limited supervision
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse/distribution environment is preferred
• AS400/iSeries experience preferred, particularly inventory/receiving functions
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task projects
• Must be detail-orientated problem solver
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
