As a contract-based, full-time role, you will handle daily operations, maintain records, and collaborate with Customer Service and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries of critical shipments.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of logistics, warehouse, or operations experience; medical device or pharma preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Experience with sterile product handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations including receiving, warehousing, order fulfillment, and outbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Partner with Customer Service and operations teams to ensure smooth flow.
• Track and investigate shipment delays.
• Prepare shipping documentation (packing lists, labels).
• Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve accuracy.
• Coordinate returns and pickups.

• Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve order accuracy and delivery times.
• Coordinate returns and pickups

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of logistics, warehouse, or operations experience—medical device or pharma preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
• Experience with sterile product handling.
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lb and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with SMS systems
