Job summary

Airspace is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Clerk in Hanover, MD to support logistics, inventory management, and distribution. The role requires attention to time-sensitive healthcare logistics and reliable performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and outbound shipments, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth flow and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of logistics, warehouse, or operations experience; medical device or pharma preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Experience with sterile product handling.
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lb and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including receiving, warehousing, order fulfillment, and outbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or warehouse management systems (SMS).
• Partner with Customer Service and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Track and investigate shipment delays.
• Prepare shipping documentation (packing lists, labels, documentation).
• Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve order accuracy and delivery times.
• Coordinate returns and pickups.
