Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to lift 25 pounds or more as required.
• Three months' related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with insurability.
• Forklift training/certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify shipments by matching counts to packing slips and enter into the system.
• Process and store incoming stock within 24 hours, label and barcode correctly.
• Assign locations and update the system for new parts; organize bins.
• Check in and process inter-branch shipments; generate picking lists.
• Pull customer orders for will call, shipment, or delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and follow policies.
• Manage will-call bins and paperwork.
• Process junk cores by tagging, storing, and returning to vendors weekly.
• Dispatch drivers and provide driving directions as needed.
• Process customer returns and ensure parts are resale condition.
• File freight claims for shortages or damaged parts within 24 hours.
• Serve as backup Parts Driver when needed.
• Pull, package, and ship vendor returns.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education diploma (GED).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more as required by position
• Three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company’s insurance carrier.
• Must complete company-provided forklift training and obtain certification within 90 days. All forklift operators must be at least 18 years old, as required by law.
