Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining complete product integrity during its stay at the distribution center, from receiving through movement, storage, and final shipment to stores.

• Ensure all products are handled appropriately, adhering to quality and temperature standards.

• Coordinate with truck drivers and unloaders during receiving and shipping processes for fresh and frozen foods.

• Maintain quality and temperature standards during transfer and storage.

• Follow inventory control practices to meet Meijer standards.

• Accurately complete receiving, order, and shipping processes.

• Maintain sanitation standards within the building.

• Practice 200% safety accountability.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Intermediate computer/technology skills

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

• Prior warehouse experience preferred

• Excellent attendance and work record

• Good listening and communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective work relationships

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
