AppleOne is pleased to partner with companies in and near Irvine needing dependable Warehouse Clerks. Roles are temporary and temp-to-hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, organize, and store incoming shipments according to warehouse procedures.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer or internal orders for shipment.
• Load, unload, move, and locate materials throughout the warehouse as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, assist with cycle counts, and verify quantities, part numbers, and shipping documentation.
• Enter inventory, receiving, and shipment information into the computer system with accuracy.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe while following company safety procedures and operational guidelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Pick and pack outgoing shipments accurately.
• Experience with spreadsheets, data entry, cycle counts, and accurate documentation.
• 1 to 2 years of related warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or production operations experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift, load, and unload boxes (up to 50 pounds).
• Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish required for some roles.
• Forklift experience or forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
• Previous experience with inventory records, cycle counts, and shipping documentation is helpful.
