Job summary

AAR in North Carolina is hiring a Warehouse Associate to unload inbound shipments, stock shelves, and pick items for customer orders or repair vendors. You will also support cycle counts and investigate discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy. A high school diploma or GED is required, with about 1 year of related experience preferred.

This role requires ITAR compliance; U.S. Persons as defined by ITAR are eligible to apply.

Ensure that all inventory is properly categorized and accounted for. Receive inventory as needed and ensure that the entire shipment is unloaded.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Pick inventory for shipment to customers or repair vendors.
• Perform inventory cycle counts.
• Research missing parts and report any discrepancies.
• Operate forklift equipment.
• All other duties as assigned.

What you will need to be successful in this role

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training is preferred.
• This position requires compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Candidates must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or individual admitted as a refugee or granted.
