Ohio County Coal Resources, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Clerk for a full-time role in Dallas, WV.

The position focuses on inventory control, coordinating with vendors, and supporting inbound/outbound materials while working with mine management and co-workers. The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation, good communication, and the ability to work safely both independently and as part of a team, including overtime and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Regular and punctual attendance.
• Effective communication is required.
• Mining credentials are not required.
• Must be able to pass a post offer drug test and background check.
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Job Schedule and Physical Demands

• Must be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed or as schedule requires (subject to applicants religious practices)
• Must be able to work a rotating shift schedule on a 24/7 basis (subject to the applicants religious practices)
• Ability/willingness to work any shift assigned
• Ability to lift floor-to-waist and waist-to-overhead
• Ability to push/pull as needed
• Standing, bending, step climbing, crawling and working overhead
• Ability to perform heavy labor and lift 50+ pounds as needed
