Job summary

Seven Feathers Casino Resort in Canyonville, Oregon is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to handle shipping, receiving, and inter-department deliveries with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehousing, ability to lift 160+ lbs, a high school diploma, and basic computer skills; candidates must be at least 21 and able to obtain a Class III Gaming License. You will assist with inventory counts and notify purchasing of outs, helping process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate required.
• 1-3 years experience in a warehouse or in a shipping and receiving department required.
• Fork lift training or previous use preferred.
• Must be able to lift and move items weighing 160+lbs.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Analytical/mathematics skills essential.
• Able to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.
• Must be able to obtain a Class III Gaming License.
• Current and valid Oregon Drivers License with the ability to qualify for the UIDC Drivers Program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the receiving of goods into the warehouse from vendors. Notify Purchasing Manager of product outs.
• Accurately fill and completes request for goods.
• Delivery of warehouse requests to department. Conducts periodic manual inventory counts as directed.
• Notification to Gaming Commission when sensitive goods are received.
• All other duties that may be assigned.
• Provides constructive input to foster process improvement within the department.
