Purpose:

• Plan warehouse activities including pickups and shipment details
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and full inventory counts
• Support administrative tasks

Areas of Responsibility:

• Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and team to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely shipping and accurate order processing
• Schedule pickups with delivery carriers and communicate shipment details
• Communicate potential issues to supervisor
• Maintain organized records related to warehouse activities
• Monitor shipment status through carrier systems
• Assign pick lists based on priority and work balance
• Maintain accurate system inventory through cycle counts and full inventory counts
• Keep the shipping area clean and organized, adhering to 5S standards
• Ensure packaging, labeling, and documentation are accurate
• Prioritize orders based on customer OTIF and business needs
• Support and seek opportunities to reduce environmental impacts through waste reduction, recycling, and pollution control

Expected Results:

• Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure OTIF demands are met
• Maintain service level agreements as per contractual obligations
• Implement inventory controls and meet daily routines
