Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: 1+ year clerical or warehouse experience
• Preferred: 1+ year forklift operation experience
• Preferred: 1+ year Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexibility and self-drive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with clerks, customers, and suppliers
• Update metrics using the WMS system
• Generate reports, memos, and summaries
• Perform floor work and other duties as assigned
• Maintain filing systems and documents
• Gather and provide information to floor employees
• Coordinate activities and communication for the shift
• Perform other duties as needed
