Responsibilities

• Be the face of MCR for new hires and team members; exemplify MCR’s values and provide excellent guest service and professionalism.
• Assist with unloading trucks, checking merchandise, inspecting goods, and matching purchase orders to goods.
• Operate forklift and other lifting devices; maintain a secure, clean, and orderly warehouse.
• Assist with inventory management, including monthly counts and inbound/outbound logistics.
• Follow safety procedures, including chemical handling and working at heights.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with cleaning equipment and chemicals is a plus.

Success Factors

• Knowledge of MSDS, OSHA regulations, and safety standards.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, effective communication, and computer literacy.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Ability to work 40+ hours weekly, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Physical ability to maneuver in various areas, including climbing ladders and working in different environments.
