Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Clerical (Night) to perform data entry for the shipping department and distribute reports to support BEK operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, completing reports, and executing other duties as assigned by management to uphold operational standards. Strong data-entry skills, familiarity with basic math, and ability to work in extreme temperatures are needed.

Qualifications

• 3 months of work-related experience or combination of education and experience
• Food service industry experience preferred
• Computer and data-entry skills required; working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to read and interpret rules/guidelines, operating and maintenance instructions
• Basic data entry (10-key by touch) skills
• Ability to learn and use relevant internal applications
• Basic math skills, including rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
• Able to work in extreme temperatures (cold and hot)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
