Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 months of work-related experience.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with data entry and computer systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• Strong math skills including rate, ratio and percent.

Position Summary

The purpose of the Warehouse Clerical (Night) position is to perform data entry and report distribution to ensure BEK operational efficiencies are met and maintained. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry for the shipping department to ensure records are maintained.
• Complete reports and distribute them appropriately to ensure organizational records are up to date.
• Assist with other duties as required by management to maintain operational standards.
• Ensure that all work is completed according to safety and quality guidelines.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and management.
• Follow company protocols for data entry and report generation.

Education And Work Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 months of work-related experience, or a combination of education and experience.
• Food service industry experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with data entry and computer systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Knowledge of basic math skills, including the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:30pm - 7:00am

Friday: 3:00pm - Finish

Off days: Tuesday & Saturday

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, including both cold and hot environments.
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift items as needed in the warehouse environment.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
