Job summary

McLemore is a well-established professional cleaning company with over 55 years of industry experience. We are hiring Warehouse Cleaners to perform routine cleaning and maintenance in warehouse facilities across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, cleaning restrooms, windows, and break areas, plus reporting needed repairs. This full-time, on-site role offers medical and dental insurance and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Clean warehouse by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting and cleaning surfaces as assigned.
• Use approved cleaning chemicals only with proper PPE as required and must follow SDS.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using proper cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean.
• Clean and service restrooms, to include sinks, toilets, and urinals with mops and proper disinfectants.
• Move heavy furniture to vacuum/sweep underneath as needed
• Clean sinks, countertops, microwave, coffee makers, and refrigerators in break rooms
• Empties cardboard and plastic recycling and compacts
• Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are well-maintained.
• Cross-train on other duties or areas as assigned by Supervisor
• Executing heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
• Ability to work in team environment
• Adhere to all general safety rules
