Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner in Avondale, AZ to maintain clean facilities and support general janitorial duties. You will operate cleaning equipment, handle chemicals, and adhere to safety standards. Must be 18+, high school diploma not required, with preferred 1 year in similar work and 1 year in customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
• 1 year of similar work experience and 1 year of customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned buildings and facilities to ensure a sanitary and safe environment.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and service/restock with supplies.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow schedules and report barriers; move furniture/equipment as needed.
• Clean interior glass, windows, mirrors, and partitions; dispose of trash/recyclables.
• Follow safety procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment; report repairs.
