Job Summary Details:

The Cleaner is responsible for providing cleaning and maintenance services in an assigned area.

Pay: $17.25 - $17.50 per hour

The listed pay is the hourly range or rate for this position. The actual offer may vary based on the applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data.

Shift Details:

2 Swing Shifts and 2 Graveyard Shifts

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• One year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain buildings and facilities
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and equipment to prevent damage
• Notify management of repairs or system issues
• Maintain effective communication with clients, co-workers, and supervisors
• Comply with safety, security, and quality standards
• Clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, and equipment
• Move furniture and equipment as needed
• Clean glass surfaces, windows, and mirrors
• Replace blinds and gather trash
• Perform seasonal tasks like snow removal, leaf raking, and lawn care
• Clean and service restrooms
