Overview

This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation.

Responsibilities

1. Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery.
2. Provide coaching and counseling to pickers on pallet-building practices.
3. Provide feedback to the Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues, and developmental opportunities for pickers and loaders.
4. Track each load accurately.
5. Accurately count all pallets.
6. Maintain the pace of pallet configuration.
7. Ensure that in-line adjustments are made and used for all pallets.
8. Identify priorities and coordinate resources.
9. Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers.
10. Recommend process improvements.
11. Coordinate Picker and Loader.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $60,950.
2. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting the actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
