Job summary

Sweet Candy is seeking a CDL driver for a Sunday-Thursday night shift (10:00 pm - 6:30 am) to operate a yard shuttle between campuses in Utah. The role includes hooking/unhooking trailers, loading and unloading goods, and managing shipment paperwork.

The position requires three years of tractor/trailer experience and a valid CDL. DOT physical, background check, and drug screen are required; CDL violations should be absent in the last three years.

Qualifications

• Three years of verifiable tractor/trailer experience.
• A Valid CDL.
• No DUI, DWI or moving violations involving drugs or alcohol in the last 3 years.
• Ability to pass background check, pre-employment drug screen, and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Drive the shuttle between South Campus and Main Campus 6–12 times daily.
• Hook up/unhook trailers and load/unload with a PIV.
• Manage paperwork for materials and finished goods on board.
• Occasionally visit a 3rd party warehouse to pick up or drop off trailers.

Wage Range: $25/hour-$30/hour

The scope of this role is to drive the shuttle back and forth between South Campus warehouse and Main Campus building approximately 6-12 times daily. Primary responsibilities include driving the yard shuttle, hooking up/unhooking trailers, loading/unloading trailers with a PIV, managing paperwork for materials and finished goods on board, occasionally going to 3rd party warehouse to pick up or drop off trailers. CDL required.
