Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Case Picker in Frankfort, Indiana to join a clean, organized warehouse environment. The role focuses on case picking, palletizing, and safe operation of material handling equipment with weekly pay and strong benefits.

Training is provided to advance within the distribution network. Responsibilities include inventory control, GMP compliance, and teamwork to ensure accurate orders and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have adequate math skills.
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes.
• Meet GMP requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships at all levels.
• Capable of multi-tasking and highly organized with good time management.
• Detail oriented with strong follow-up practices.

Responsibilities

• Picking product and case pick.
• Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay $19.00 per hour


• Additional Pay: $0.75 per hour


• Schedule: Monday - Tuesday 4:30PM - 3:00AM and Friday - Saturday 5:30AM - 4:00PM
