Ryder in City of Industry, CA is hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Case Picker to support our facility. The role involves picking product, palletizing, and operating material handling equipment in a safety-focused environment.

Weekly pay and on-the-job training are offered, with benefits starting after 30 days. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and warehouse experience, with strong math, communication, and teamwork skills.

Immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Case Picker to support our Facility at Ryder in City of Industry, California

• $18.00 Per Hour (+ $0.50 shift premium when working 2nd shift)


• Products being handled: Garments


• Equipment used for position: RF Scanner & Manual pallet jack

The hourly rate for this position is $18.00/hr an hour. Employees may also be eligible for shift differential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred


• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred


• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team


• Must have adequate math skills


• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes


• Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)


• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills


• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
