Ryder System, Inc. in Lebanon, Tennessee is hiring a permanent full-time Material Handler to support warehouse operations. You will operate forklifts and perform picking, packing, shipping, and receiving with a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid forklift license certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to work within a diverse environment.
• Punctual and good attendance.
• Detail oriented with accuracy under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Work within contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Provide technical/maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $21.50 per hour
• Schedule: Mon- Fri from 6am to 2:30pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified

• Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production
