Job summary

This position requires forklift operation, manual handling up to 35 lbs, and the ability to work a 2nd shift Monday–Friday, 4:00 pm–12:30 am. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential in a fast-paced distribution setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be punctual with good attendance; able to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping and receiving; operate forklift.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction and loading/unloading of products.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Perform duties within contract performance guidelines; carry out other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $20.33 per hour
• Overtime Pay $30.50 per hour
• Additional Pay: $1.25 per hour when assigned to second shift
• Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 4:00 pm - 12:30 am

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks
• Responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Performs other duties as assigned.
