Job summary

Silgan Containers in Deep River, CT is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our manufacturing and distribution team. This full-time role focuses on safe, efficient handling of finished goods and materials.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment and follow Silgan safety policies.
• Support teamwork through housekeeping, packing, transporting corrugated, and forklift operations.
• Unitize finished goods by lot number and ensure correct cartons for production lines.
• Operate carton erectors and stretch wrappers to prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Fly a RF scanner to transfer, hold, and scan finished goods as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and report unsafe acts or conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
