Job summary

Relogistics is hiring a Break Pack Sorter in Lakeland, FL to hand sort cardboard boxes, stack pallets, and inspect quality. The role is on the 2nd shift, 3:30pm–2:00am, with hourly pay of $16.50 and opportunities to advance.

You will load/unload by hand, complete production paperwork, and communicate with the On-Site Manager. A high school diploma or GED is required, and safety awareness is essential in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• High degree of attention required to avoid safety incidents.
• Ability to work overtime if/when necessary.
• Previous experience with warehouse labor, general labor, construction, material handling, material moving is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hand stack cardboard boxes onto pallets to height.
• Load/unload materials from trailers by hand.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Check finished pallets are properly secured prior to moving.
• Move pallets and materials in crates around the storage facility.
• Assist with coordinating trailer moves.
• Accurately complete all production paperwork.
• Communicate updates to Shift Lead or On-Site Manager.
• Maintain Relogistics efficiency and standards of production.
