Job summary

Relogistics is the leading pallet management company in North America. We are hiring a Break Pack Sorter in Lakeland, FL to hand sort reusable boxes, stack them on pallets, and move materials while ensuring safety and quality.

Shift 2: Monday–Thursday, 3:30pm–2:00am. Pay is $16.50/hr with benefits including paid time off, health insurance, and daily pay options; opportunities for long-term career advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• High degree of attention to avoid safety incidents.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Experience in warehouse labor, general labor, construction, or material handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hand stack cardboard boxes onto designated pallets to appropriate height.
• Load/unload materials from trailers by hand.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Check finished pallets are properly secured prior to moving.
• Move pallets and materials in crates around the storage facility.
• Assist with coordinating trailer moves.
• Accurately complete all production paperwork.
• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager to provide regular updates.
• Maintain Relogistics efficiency and standards of production.
