Planet Aid Inc. is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate / Box Truck Driver for a hybrid role in New Jersey. You will drive local routes with box trucks, service donation bins, and help move donations to the warehouse while supporting warehouse processing.

The position pays 21 per hour with a production bonus and offers health, vision, dental, life, AD&D, and 401k benefits, plus paid time off including holidays. A valid CDL is not specified, but a clean driving record is required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of box truck or similar driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and DOT physical.
• Comfortable with physical work and flexible daily tasks.

This hybrid role combines warehouse operations and box truck driving (up to 20 ft.). You’ll help collect donated textiles, transport donations, and support warehouse processing to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Driving / Route Duties

• Safely operate box trucks on assigned local routes
• Service donation bins (collect, clean, and maintain sites)
• Load and transport materials to the warehouse
• Follow all safety and driving regulation
• Communicate any issues or site concern

Warehouse Duties

• Unload trucks and organize incoming materials
• Sort, package, and prepare items for shipment
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (as needed)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Pay: $21/hr plus production bonus
