Responsibilities

• Operate cardboard and paper baling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect baler equipment and ensure doors and latches are secure before operation.
• Create, wire, and safely eject completed bales according to procedures.
• Place and transport bales on pallets using approved equipment.
• Weigh and record bale weights accurately.
• Load completed bales onto recycling trailers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately.

Direct Mail Solutions is a full-service mail and fulfillment company located in Richmond, Virginia. DMS is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Baler Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the baler, producing cardboard and paper bales, recording weights, and preparing materials for recycling shipment. Responsibilities

• Operate cardboard and paper baling equipment safely and efficiently.
